Remote Web Chat Specialist

Job Description: We are looking for a Remote Web Chat Specialist to join our team at Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. This is a part-time, entry-level position perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience who is dedicated and resourceful.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via web chat - Conduct online research to provide accurate and timely information to customers - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service - Stay up-to-date on product information and company policies to effectively assist customers - Utilize project management skills to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously - Use creativity to come up with innovative solutions to customer problems

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or similar role preferred - Excellent written communication skills - Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating online platforms - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Strong project management skills - Creative problem-solving abilities
