Remote Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Ameren is seeking a Remote Web Chat Specialist to join our dynamic team in Bern, Kanton Bern, Switzerland. This part-time position is perfect for entry-level candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be confident, passionate, and possess strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via web chat to provide exceptional customer service and support - Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer concerns - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist with website maintenance and updates as needed - Work closely with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - 1+ years of experience in customer service or a similar role - Strong communication skills both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of web chat platforms and customer service software - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Must be confident, passionate, and detail-oriented
