Web Chat Specialist

Job Description: Liberty Interactive is seeking a part-time Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. As an Associate Level position, we require at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. We are looking for someone who is adaptable and driven, with strong persuasion and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities: - Interact with customers via web chat to provide support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely manner - Utilize knowledge of products and services to offer personalized solutions to customers - Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions - Continuously improve customer service skills through training and feedback

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong written communication skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web chat software
