Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Web Chat Specialist to join our team at Bucher Industries AG in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. As a Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for managing online chat interactions with customers in a timely and professional manner. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat in a timely and accurate manner - Assist customers with product information, pricing, order status, and any other inquiries they may have - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times when interacting with customers - Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response times, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates

Requirements: - Hardworking and motivated individual with a passion for customer service - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using web chat software and typing accurately at a fast pace
