Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our web chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via web chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on products and services - Utilize resources effectively to provide accurate and timely responses to customer queries - Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism in every interaction - Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases as needed - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on any unresolved inquiries - Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and streamline operations

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Resourceful and adaptable with the ability to think on your feet and solve problems creatively - Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills - Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Comfortable with technology and proficient in using web chat platforms - Experience with people management or team leadership is a plus
