Web Chat Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Web Chat Specialist to join SIGG Switzerland Bottles AG in Zurich, Switzerland. As a part-time entry-level position, the Web Chat Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide product information, process orders, and resolve any issues they may encounter - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times while responding to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all communication channels - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Identify opportunities to improve processes and suggest solutions to common customer issues - Work closely with the marketing team to promote sales and drive customer engagement through web chat

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Adaptable and resilient personality traits - Excellent time management and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Basic knowledge of CRM systems and live chat software is a plus - Fluency in English and German is required
