Web Chat Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Web Chat Specialist to join our team at Baxter International. This is a part-time, work-from-home position located in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, Switzerland. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through web chat support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently - Manage and prioritize multiple chat sessions simultaneously, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction - Utilize strong communication skills to engage with customers and provide accurate information and solutions - Collaborate with other team members to share best practices and improve overall customer experience - Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with customers and colleagues

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Experience in web chat support or customer service roles - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work setting - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills - People management and leadership skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
