Web Chat Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Freeport-McMoRan is seeking a motivated and energetic Web Chat Specialist to join our team on a part-time, work-from-home basis in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As an Entry Level position, this role requires at least 1 year of experience in a relevant field.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via web chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Utilize resources to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently. 3. Document customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service. 5. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Assist with special projects or tasks as assigned by management. 7. Demonstrate excellent time management and project management skills to meet deadlines and achieve goals.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and resourceful personality traits to engage with customers effectively. 2. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 3. Project management skills to coordinate and execute tasks efficiently. 4. Excellent written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote work environment. 6. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer service tools. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
