We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Web Chat Specialist to join our team at McDonald’s in Lausanne, Vaud. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service through our web chat platform while working from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level professional with at least 3 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing our online presence.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through the web chat platform. 2. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Utilize your planning skills to prioritize and manage multiple chats simultaneously. 4. Demonstrate emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with customer needs. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and support. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Energetic personality with a strong motivation to excel in a remote work environment. 3. Excellent planning skills to efficiently manage chat interactions. 4. High level of emotional intelligence to empathize with customer concerns. 5. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities. 6. Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
