Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Support Manager to join our team at Avis Budget Group. This remote part-time position is based in Geneva, Switzerland and is ideal for individuals with 6 years of experience at a mid-to-senior level. The Support Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional support and assistance to our team members, as well as ensuring the smooth operation of various support services.

Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage the support team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery - Act as the main point of contact for support-related issues and escalations - Develop and implement support strategies to improve operational efficiency - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance support services - Provide training and guidance to support staff to ensure high quality service delivery - Monitor support metrics and performance to identify areas for improvement - Address client feedback and implement solutions to enhance overall satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in support management

Requirements: - 6 years of experience in a similar role at a mid-to-senior level - Energetic and resourceful personality traits - Strong problem-solving and innovation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proven ability to lead and manage a support team effectively - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
