Job Description - Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


J.P. Morgan Chase is seeking a dedicated and motivated Support Manager for our remote work team based in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, Switzerland. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to our remote employees, ensuring that they have everything they need to perform at their best. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for remote employees, addressing any concerns or issues they may have in a timely and effective manner - Provide technical support for remote work tools and systems, troubleshooting any issues that may arise - Monitor remote employee performance and productivity, identifying areas for improvement and providing guidance as needed - Coordinate with other departments to ensure that remote employees have access to the resources they need to succeed - Provide training and onboarding support for new remote employees, helping them get acclimated to our company culture and processes - Regularly communicate with remote employees to ensure that they are engaged and motivated in their work


Requirements: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong emotional intelligence and critical thinking skills - 5+ years of experience in a support or similar role - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
