Job Description:
As a Support Officer at Ingram Micro, you will be responsible for providing remote support to our clients and partners in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. This is a part-time position with an associate level of seniority, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, confident, possess excellent time management skills, and have strong decision-making abilities.
Responsibilities: - Provide timely and effective remote support to clients and partners - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams - Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem resolution - Document all support activities and maintain accurate records - Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and procedures - Participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills and knowledge - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong time management and organizational skills - Ability to make quick and accurate decisions under pressure - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - Experience with remote support tools and technologies - Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred) - Valid certification in relevant technologies (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA)
