Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

As a Support Representative for D.R. Horton, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients remotely. This part-time position will require you to work from home in Lausanne, Vaud, CH.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and general support to clients - Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments for further assistance - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously seek out opportunities to improve processes and customer satisfaction

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role - Passionate about providing excellent customer service - Resilient and able to handle difficult customers with grace - Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions - Negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and reach mutually beneficial resolutions
