Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Biogen is looking for a driven and energetic Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work position based in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, Switzerland. As an entry-level support representative, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Document all customer interactions in our CRM system - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer issues are resolved to their satisfaction - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills - Ability to think critically and problem-solve - Negotiation skills to handle customer concerns effectively - Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications - Comfortable working independently and as part of a team - Availability to work remotely on a part-time basis - No prior work experience required
