Job Description:
Genworth Financial is seeking a dedicated Support Specialist to join our team in a remote work setting in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective support to our clients and assisting with troubleshooting technical issues remotely.
Responsibilities: 1. Proactively communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide timely solutions. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues related to our products and services. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. 4. Document and track client interactions and issue resolutions in our system. 5. Provide training and support to clients on how to use our products effectively. 6. Stay up to date on industry trends and developments to better serve our clients. 7. Assist in the development and implementation of new support processes and procedures. 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer support role. 3. Strong technical skills and familiarity with troubleshooting software and hardware issues. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing work environment. 6. Passion for providing exceptional customer service. 7. Strong presentation and people management skills. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs. 10. Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace at home.
