Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Quanta Services is seeking a Support Specialist to join our remote team in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be energetic, confident, and possess strong planning and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to internal and external stakeholders - Assist with troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions - Handle incoming inquiries via email, phone, or chat - Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required

Requirements: - 1+ years of experience in a customer support or technical support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - High school diploma or equivalent
