Support Specialist - Remote Work

LifePoint Health is seeking a talented and driven Support Specialist to join our team in a remote part-time position based in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. As a Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our clients and internal teams. This position is ideal for individuals who are adaptable, creative problem solvers with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote technical support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with the internal team to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution - Assist with product testing and quality assurance to ensure a seamless user experience - Develop and maintain knowledge base articles to enhance support processes - Contribute to the continuous improvement of support tools and processes

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a support role, preferably in a remote setting - Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using support tools and software - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Adaptability and creativity in finding solutions to complex issues - Driven and motivated to provide exceptional support to clients
