Job Description - Support Specialist - Remote Work


Job Description:


Tetra Pak International SA is seeking a dedicated and reliable Support Specialist to join our remote team located in Zurich, Switzerland. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing timely and efficient support to our customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.


Responsibilities: - Provide remote technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat - Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to our products and services - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer inquiries and escalations - Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system - Assist with testing and implementing software updates and enhancements - Contribute to knowledge base articles and support documentation - Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed on product updates and best practices


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - 1 year of experience in a technical support role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Team player with a creative problem-solving mindset - Proficiency in technical troubleshooting and customer service - Experience with CRM software and remote support tools - Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
