Job Description - Support Specialist - Remote Work


Job Description:


As a Support Specialist at Biotronik AG, you will be responsible for providing remote assistance to customers regarding technical issues with our products. This part-time position will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. This entry-level role requires no prior experience, making it a great opportunity for motivated and hardworking individuals looking to start their career in the medical device industry.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or chat - Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Biotronik products - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues as needed - Stay up to date on product updates and new features - Assist with training customers on the proper use of our products - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system


Requirements: - Excellent communication skills - Motivated and hardworking attitude - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong presentation skills - Basic computer skills
