Support Specialist - Remote Work

As a Support Specialist at Biotronik AG, you will be responsible for providing remote assistance to customers regarding technical issues with our products. This part-time position will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or chat - Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Biotronik products - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues as needed - Stay up to date on product updates and new features - Assist with training customers on the proper use of our products - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
