Job Description - Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


Omnicom Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Support Specialist to join our team on a remote part-time basis in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. As a Support Specialist at Omnicom Group, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to clients and internal teams, maintaining a positive customer service experience, and resolving technical issues remotely.


Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to clients and internal teams through various communication channels, such as phone, email, and chat - Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members or departments for further assistance - Document and track all customer interactions and technical issues in the internal database - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and provide feedback on technical resources - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve technical support services


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support role - Driven and adaptable personality traits - Strong analysis and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Proficiency in using various technical support tools and software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexible work schedule to accommodate remote work requirements
