Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a Support Specialist to join our team at Kraft Heinz, a leading global food company. This is a part-time, entry-level position that offers remote work flexibility. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing support to various departments within the company and assisting with day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to team members and managers. 2. Assist with data entry and documentation tasks. 3. Manage calendars and schedules for team members. 4. Coordinate meetings and events, both in-person and virtually. 5. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders as needed. 6. Assist with research and analysis projects. 7. Handle incoming inquiries and provide timely responses. 8. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure projects are completed on time. 9. Other duties as assigned.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7.
