Web Chat Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Marsh & McLennan is seeking a part-time Web Chat Assistant to join our team on a remote basis. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for an individual with at least 3 years of experience in a similar position. The ideal candidate will be driven and independent, with strong soft skills in planning and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities: - Respond to web chat inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent messaging and customer satisfaction - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up as needed - Work with the IT team to troubleshoot any technical issues related to the chat platform - Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers - Assist with additional tasks and projects as needed

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or web chat role - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web chat platforms - Availability to work part-time hours on a flexible schedule
