Web Chat Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and driven Web Chat Associate to join our team at Guardian Life Insurance Co. of America. This position will be remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through our web chat platform.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through live chat to answer questions and provide support. 2. Assist customers in navigating our website and online services. 3. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate teams when necessary. 4. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all interactions. 5. Utilize strategic planning skills to anticipate customer needs and provide proactive solutions. 6. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Meet and exceed performance metrics related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent written communication skills. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency with basic computer applications and web-based systems. 7. Passion for helping customers and providing exceptional service. 8. Drive to continuously improve and learn new skills.
