Web Chat Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Dick’s Sporting Goods is seeking a Web Chat Manager to join our team remotely in Zurich, CH. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage all web chat communications with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support. 2. Monitor chat logs and analyze data to improve customer interactions and satisfaction. 3. Train and mentor a team of chat representatives to ensure consistent service delivery. 4. Develop and implement chat strategies to increase sales and drive customer engagement. 5. Collaborate with other departments to streamline communication processes and improve overall customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies to continuously improve chat services. 7. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, providing solutions in a timely and professional manner. 8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to web chat communications.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. Proven experience in web chat management or customer service. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Resilient and reliable, able to handle high-pressure situations effectively. 5. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 6. Persuasion skills to influence customer behavior and drive sales. 7. Familiarity with chat platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. 8. Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively.
