Digital Marketing Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at United States Steel. This is a remote work position based in Lausanne, Vaud, CH on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level professional with at least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various platforms such as social media, email, and search engine marketing - Analyze key metrics to evaluate the performance of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions - Collaborate with internal teams to create content that is engaging and relevant to our target audience - Manage and optimize our website and online presence to improve user experience and drive conversions - Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing to continuously improve our strategies

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field - 1+ years of experience in digital marketing - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and adaptable personality traits - Strong planning and emotional intelligence soft skills
