Marketing Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Marketing Assistant to join our remote team at Loews in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in various tasks and projects to help promote the company's products and services.

Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales - Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify potential opportunities for growth - Create and manage social media content and campaigns to engage with customers and promote brand loyalty - Assist in organizing and attending events, such as trade shows or conferences, to promote company products and services - Collaborate with other team members to create marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements - Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives - Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and responding to customer inquiries

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field - 4 years of experience in marketing or a related field - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Persuasion skills and emotional intelligence - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High attention to detail and ability to multitask
