Lincoln National is seeking a remote Marketing Assistant to join our team in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. As a part-time Associate Level position with 2 years of experience, the Marketing Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be driven, hardworking, detail-oriented, and possess strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Assist in creating marketing campaigns and strategies to promote our products and services - Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing plans - Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to produce marketing materials - Monitor and track the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize results - Assist in managing social media accounts and engaging with customers online - Support the creation of marketing presentations and reports for internal stakeholders - Perform other duties as assigned to support the marketing team

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field - 2 years of experience in marketing or related field - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and marketing tools - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills - Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing is a plus
