Marketing Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Gap is looking for a skilled Marketing Associate to join our team on a remote basis in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As a Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in driving our marketing initiatives and campaigns to promote our brand globally. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing campaigns across various channels - Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and achieve KPIs - Manage social media platforms and create engaging content to attract and retain customers - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements - Support the marketing team in coordinating events, promotions, and partnerships

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 4+ years of experience in marketing - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software/tools - Reliable and energetic with a strong attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Demonstrated cooperation and persuasion skills - Knowledge of digital marketing tactics and best practices - Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
