Remote Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Southwest Airlines is seeking a talented and driven Remote Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, Switzerland on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement - Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms - Perform market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities - Create compelling content for social media, email marketing, and other digital channels - Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing activities, making recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute integrated marketing campaigns

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEM, SEO, social media, and email marketing - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and resourceful mindset - Soft skills in negotiation and persuasion - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
