Digital Marketing Associate

Job description:

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. This part-time position is ideal for entry-level professionals with at least 1 year of experience in digital marketing. As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising - Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive results - Create engaging content for social media platforms, website, and email marketing campaigns - Assist in the management of website content and updates - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Assist in the planning and execution of events and promotions - Provide support for other marketing initiatives as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - 1+ years of experience in digital marketing - Confident and adaptable personality traits - Strong attention to detail - People management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
