Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Manager at Tractor Supply in Geneva will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services online. This individual will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content, analyze data and trends, and optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and lead generation - Manage all digital marketing channels including email, social media, and display advertising - Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience - Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns - Identify trends and insights to optimize spending and performance based on data analysis - Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices - Research and analyze competitor marketing strategies

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field - 4+ years of experience in digital marketing - Confident and adaptable personality traits - Strong problem-solving and research skills - Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing - Experience with Google Analytics and other analytical tools - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team environment
