Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

Medartis AG is currently seeking a motivated and confident Digital Marketing Manager to join our team on a part-time basis in Basel, CH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing and possess a strategic planning mindset with a knack for innovation.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement - Manage all digital marketing campaigns including email, social media, and online advertising - Analyze key metrics and provide insights to optimize campaign performance - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure our digital marketing efforts remain cutting-edge - Oversee the company's online presence and ensure consistency across all digital channels

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 3+ years of experience in digital marketing - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms - Experience with content management systems and CRM software
