Remote Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Remote Marketing Assistant to join our team at Arthur J. Gallagher. As a part-time Associate Level position, this role will require a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in marketing. The ideal candidate will be hardworking and independent, with strong cooperation and emotional intelligence skills.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies - Create content for social media, email campaigns, and other marketing materials - Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities - Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to execute marketing initiatives - Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field - 3+ years of experience in marketing - Strong communication and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of digital marketing techniques and platforms - Experience with CRM systems is a plus
