Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

Level 3 Communications is seeking a part-time Marketing Assistant to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. The ideal candidate for this Associate Level position will have at least 3 years of experience in marketing and a strong understanding of marketing principles. As a Marketing Assistant, you will support the marketing team in creating and executing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities.

Responsibilities: - Assist with the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns - Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and competitor activities - Create and update marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements - Assist with social media management and content creation - Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals - Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - 3+ years of experience in marketing or a related role - Strong communication and organizational skills - Independent and confident with the ability to work with minimal supervision - Persuasion and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
