Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

Calpine, a leading energy company based in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH, is seeking a part-time Marketing Assistant to join our team. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in marketing.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to promote Calpine's products and services. 2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the industry. 3. Assist in developing and maintaining marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content. 4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure marketing campaigns are executed effectively and on time. 5. Assist in organizing events, including trade shows, conferences, and networking events. 6. Monitor and track the performance of marketing campaigns and provide reports to management. 7. Support the Marketing Manager in various tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements: 1. A driven individual with a proven ability to adapt to changing environments. 2. Strong analytical skills and project management abilities. 3. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software tools. 6. Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team. 7. Experience in the energy industry is a plus.
