Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

Air Products & Chemicals is seeking a part-time Marketing Assistant to join our team in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in marketing or a related field. As a Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in various tasks and initiatives to help drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns - Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth - Support the creation of marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and digital content - Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to execute marketing initiatives - Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns - Assist with organizing events, trade shows, and other promotional activities - Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to foster brand loyalty - Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Resourceful and reliable with a strong attention to detail - Excellent persuasion and project management skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and marketing analytics tools - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices
