Marketing Associate

As a Marketing Associate at Tractor Supply in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in a marketing or related field.

Responsibilities: - Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns across various channels - Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior trends - Manage social media platforms and engage with followers - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate marketing efforts - Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives - Assist in organizing promotional events and trade shows - Support the development of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements

Requirements: - Motivated and confident individual with strong communication skills - Proficient in planning and organizing marketing activities - Experience in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders - Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred
