Marketing Associate

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote Avon products. 2. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns. 4. Create engaging content for social media platforms, website, and other marketing materials. 5. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize results. 6. Assist in organizing events and promotional activities to increase brand awareness. 7. Build and maintain relationships with external partners such as influencers, media outlets, and vendors. 8. Support the marketing team in day-to-day tasks and ad-hoc projects as needed.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field. 2. Passionate about marketing and the beauty industry. 3. Reliable and able to work independently as well as part of a team. 4. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing tools/software. 6. Strong organizational and time-management skills. 7. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
