Marketing Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Zimmer Biomet is currently seeking a Marketing Associate to work remotely from home in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. This part-time position is perfect for a driven and resourceful individual with at least 3 years of experience in marketing. As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in various projects and initiatives to help promote Zimmer Biomet's products and services.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns - Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for digital and print platforms - Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends - Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to increase brand awareness - Coordinate marketing events and trade shows, both online and offline - Monitor and track marketing performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns - Provide support for product launches and promotional activities - Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry - Resourceful and driven personality traits - Strong people management and communication skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software - Knowledge of SEO, social media, and email marketing best practices - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
