Online Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

Community Health Systems is seeking a talented Online Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for an individual with at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be resilient, passionate, and possess strong teamwork and cooperation skills.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation - Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to increase audience engagement - Analyze and report on key digital marketing metrics to optimize campaign performance - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and tactics - Stay current on digital marketing trends and best practices to continuously improve our online presence - Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field - Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
