Online Marketing Assistant

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as an Online Marketing Assistant in Zurich, CH. As an Associate level position, the successful candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in online marketing and a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of online marketing strategies to drive traffic and conversions - Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to build brand awareness - Create engaging and compelling content for online platforms including website, social media, and email marketing campaigns - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to optimize marketing efforts and improve ROI - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels - Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve online marketing efforts - Provide support for various online marketing initiatives as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - Strong understanding of online marketing principles and best practices - Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions - Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Reliable and able to meet deadlines consistently - Innovative mindset with a passion for creativity and problem-solving - Team player with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
