Online Marketing Assistant

Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Online Marketing Assistant to join our team at VF in Geneva, Switzerland. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in online marketing. The Online Marketing Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Online Marketing Manager in implementing online marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Responsibilities: - Assist in creating and implementing online marketing campaigns across various digital platforms - Monitor and analyze the performance of online marketing efforts and provide recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on brand messaging and promotional activities - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Assist in developing content for social media channels, website, and email marketing campaigns - Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to execute online marketing initiatives - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in online marketing

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 4+ years of experience in online marketing - Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment - Demonstrated innovation and creativity in online marketing campaigns - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing best practices
