Online Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and resourceful Online Marketing Assistant to join our team at Western & Southern Financial Group in Zurich. As an Entry Level position, this part-time role requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in online marketing or a related field. We are seeking someone who is a team player, possesses excellent communication skills, and is dedicated to contributing to our meaningful mission.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of online marketing strategies - Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for various online platforms - Monitor and analyze the performance of online marketing campaigns - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities - Support the execution of email marketing initiatives - Assist with social media management and engagement - Help optimize website content for SEO purposes - Provide administrative support as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 1+ years of experience in online marketing or a similar role - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google Analytics - Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing tools - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Passion for online marketing and staying current on industry trends
