Online Marketing Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Online Marketing Associate to join our team at Tesoro in Zurich. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of online marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and increase customer engagement. This part-time role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in online marketing.

Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute online marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, email, and website. 2. Analyze marketing data and metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance. 3. Assist in the creation of engaging content for online platforms, including writing copy, designing graphics, and scheduling posts. 4. Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries on social media and other online channels. 5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to recommend new strategies for improving online marketing efforts. 6. Support the development of online advertising campaigns, including keyword research and ad copywriting. 7. Coordinate with external partners and agencies to manage online marketing projects and campaigns.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2. Strong understanding of online marketing principles and best practices. 3. Demonstrated experience with social media management and advertising platforms. 4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Analytics. 6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 7. Hardworking and driven with a passion for digital marketing. 8. Strong presentation skills.
