Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated PR Associate to join our team at Omnicom Group. This is a remote work opportunity based in Bern, Kanton Bern, Switzerland. As an Associate Level PR professional, you will be responsible for supporting the public relations efforts of our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in developing and implementing public relations campaigns and strategies. 2. Write and distribute press releases, media alerts, and other materials. 3. Manage media relations by building and maintaining relationships with journalists and media outlets. 4. Monitor media coverage and track PR metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns. 5. Assist in organizing events, press conferences, and other PR activities. 6. Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and media outlets. 7. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure PR goals are aligned with overall business objectives.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in public relations or a related field. 2. Strong communication and writing skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively. 5. Negotiation skills to manage relationships with media and clients effectively. 6. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
