Remote Communications Specialist

Job Description:

Tractor Supply is seeking a talented Remote Communications Specialist to join our team in Zurich on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in communications or related field.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute communication strategies to engage with various stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners - Create compelling content for company publications, social media platforms, and press releases - Manage the company's online presence by updating website content and monitoring social media activity - Conduct research to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in communication practices - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation - Monitor and analyze communication metrics to measure effectiveness and make data-driven decisions - Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve communication efforts

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or related field - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational and project management abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other communication tools - Driven and independent mindset with a passion for innovation - Ability to conduct thorough research and apply findings to communication strategies
