Remote Communications Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team at Hershey in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in communications or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement communication strategies to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders - Create content for various communication channels, including newsletters, social media, and press releases - Monitor and analyze communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication efforts - Collaborate with different departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels - Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in communication to continuously improve strategies and tactics - Provide support for special projects and events as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in developing and implementing communication strategies - Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively - Confident, driven, persuasive, and able to demonstrate leadership skills
