Communications Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Voya Financial is seeking a motivated and experienced Communications Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home. This position is at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement communication strategies to promote Voya Financial's brand and messaging - Create engaging content for various channels including website, social media, press releases, and internal communications - Conduct market research to stay current on industry trends and competitor activities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on communication efforts - Measure and analyze the effectiveness of communications campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly - Serve as a spokesperson for Voya Financial in media interviews and public relations events

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Strong strategic planning and negotiation skills - Hardworking and reliable with a proactive approach to tasks - Experience in financial services or related industry is a plus
