Online Communications Specialist

Job Description:

Sika AG, a leading specialty chemical company headquartered in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH, is seeking a part-time Online Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in online communications and possess a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement online communication strategies to promote Sika AG's products and services - Manage the company's social media platforms, including creating engaging content and monitoring performance metrics - Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent brand messaging across all online channels - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth in online communications - Monitor and analyze competitor websites and social media activities to stay ahead of industry trends - Create and distribute newsletters and email campaigns to engage with customers and stakeholders - Support the organization of online events, webinars, and virtual conferences - Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to enhance the company's online presence

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Proven experience in online communications, digital marketing, or social media management - Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on storytelling and creating engaging content - Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms - Adaptability and resourcefulness to navigate a fast-paced work environment - Emotional intelligence to effectively communicate and collaborate with colleagues and external partners - Team player who can work efficiently in cross-functional teams - Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
