Job Description:

Norfolk Southern is seeking an Online PR Associate to join our team in Geneva, Kanton Genf, Switzerland. This part-time position is ideal for an entry-level candidate with at least 1 year of experience in public relations or related field. The ideal candidate will be driven and hardworking with excellent planning and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing online public relations strategies - Monitor and track online mentions and coverage of the company - Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging online content - Manage social media accounts and engage with followers - Assist in organizing and promoting online events - Develop relationships with online influencers and media outlets - Track and report on online PR performance metrics

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field - 1 year of experience in public relations or related field - Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
